You don’t have to be confident.
You don’t have to be magnetic.
You don’t have to know how to flirt.

You are welcome exactly as you are.

This intimate women’s embodiment circle is a gentle invitation to explore flirting (not as a skill, strategy, or performance) but as a felt, nervous-system experience that lives (or doesn’t yet live) in the body.

Rooted in a somatic, trauma-informed approach, this circle is designed to cultivate internal safety, consent, and relational presence, both with yourself and in connection with other women.

Together, we will explore:

  • Flirting as curiosity and aliveness, not confidence or charisma

  • Listening to the body’s signals of interest, hesitation, and neutrality

  • Expression without performance, pressure, or self-abandonment

  • The difference between performative flirting and embodied truth

  • Being witnessed in your relational experience without advice, fixing, or judgment

There is no requirement to flirt, share, move, make eye contact, or participate in any particular way. Stillness, awkwardness, uncertainty, and quiet presence are all valid forms of participation.

Many women leave these circles feeling more grounded, self-trusting, and connected. not because they learned how to flirt, but because they reconnected with their body’s choice.

This circle is for you if:

  • Flirting feels confusing, loaded, performative, or unsafe

  • You’re tired of trying to be “more confident” or “more magnetic”

  • You long for connection that doesn’t require self-abandonment

  • You want to explore desire and attraction at the pace of your nervous system

  • You’re curious about relating from truth rather than strategy

No prior experience is needed.
You don’t have to flirt to belong here.
