Would you like to become more conscious in your relationships? Join us for an evening of Shadow Work practices. You will first experience a sacred cacao ceremony in order to open our hearts. Then through meditation and exercises we will explore how you and others interact in relationships the second entity through boundary work, needs, values, personality dynamics, and attachment styles.
Finally, what are you pouring into the other person and what are they pouring into you? Emotional well-being, and self-love awaits you.

Rest & Receive - A group reiki experience

Curious about Reiki, in need of a little time to unwind, or simply ready to receive? Join Carole and Katherine of Beyond Reiki for a restorative group Reiki evening on Thursday, October 22 from 7 to 9 pm.

They will create a calm, supportive space where participants can relax while Reiki is offered throughout the group. Using a combination of intuitive hands-on and hands-off heart-centred Reiki, they will move through the space offering each participant time to simply rest and receive.

No prior Reiki experience is required. Come unwind, reconnect with yourself, and experience the quiet sense of ease that can come from being still and allowing yourself to receive.
