The Pause You’ve Been Putting Off
A Women’s Circle for Rest, Reflection & Reconnection
Wednesday, August 26th | 7:00–9:00 PM
Le Gnome du Village
$50 + tax
Life moves quickly. Between responsibilities, relationships, work, caregiving, and the constant mental noise of everyday life, it can be easy to lose touch with yourself.
The Pause You’ve Been Putting Off is an invitation to slow down and create intentional space to reconnect with your body, your inner world, and the parts of yourself that often get placed on the back burner.
This women’s circle offers a gentle space to step away from the pressure of constantly doing and enter into a moment of presence, reflection, and connection.
Together, we will explore:
✨Gentle body-based practices to help you slow down and reconnect
✨Guided reflection to deepen self-awareness
✨Meaningful conversation and connection with other women
✨A closing sound bath to support rest, integration, and grounding
This evening is a space to pause.
To listen inward.
To reconnect with yourself and remember what it feels like to be supported.
No previous experience with meditation, mindfulness, or embodiment practices is needed.
Come exactly as you are.
What to bring:
A journal if you’d like to write, comfortable clothing, and a willingness to give yourself two hours of intentional space.
✨ 6 spots available.
*Ideally plan to arrive about 10 mins ahead if possible. Enough time to give yourself enough time to find parking & settle in.
P.S. The parking lot is often pretty full at night. But there is always free parking spots on Lanthier Street. Then you simply walk down Saint-Joachim St.
